I’m working on a php script that reads a directory of files, MP3′s to be exact, reads the ID3 tags, and creates an iTunes Store podcast compliant RSS feed. It’s not exactly ready for primetime, but you can check out the progress and subscribe to the Dobox Recordings songcast here:
